Kathryn is a dynamic executive leader with a strong track record of driving transformative people strategies, most recently as Group Chief People Officer for Bureau Veritas, a French listed Company with over 80,000 employees globally.  Internationally experienced across multiple industry sectors including technology, automotive and professional services. With a passion for unlocking potential, Kathryn’s dedication and impact in creating cultures to empower individuals and drive performance,  transcend both her Executive roles and pursuits outside of work.

Kathryn has received multiple awards and nominations as a role model for women in  business.  In addition, her work externally has been recognised from sporting development and youth organisations with whom she works, all focused on community integration and young people’s empowerment. Kathryn is a non-Executive director, qualified leadership coach, holds a MSc in Business Psychology and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
