Susan is an influential leader in the two defining challenges of our time – energy transition for net zero (2023 MCA Experienced Leader Award), and the response to Covid (2022 NHS WISE Unsung Hero Community Champion Award). She is a passionate advocate for promoting careers in engineering and technology in her role as a Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering ambassador, Homeward Bound Global Women in STEM Leadership programme ambassador, and the Women’s Engineering Society. Susan is helping to chart a path to climate and nature resilient growth, and better futures for all, through her role at Deloitte and non-Executive role at The James Hutton Institute.
