Daria is a Change Practitioner at the Bank of England, on the front line of cultural initiatives including talent management and behavioural frameworks. She previously held roles at Barclays Wealth and the Financial Conduct Authority, focusing on regulatory programmes. Passionate about inclusion, she co-founded the Fertility, Pregnancy, and Baby Loss Pathways to Parenthood group and led the launch of the miscarriage leave policy. As an inclusive leader on strategic DEI work, she champions women’s health and workplace equity for women impacted by changing skills demands and increasing representation. Daria is a Social Mobility lead for Women in Banking & Finance and opens up about the mental health awareness and trauma recovery, sharing insights via podcasts and charity in order to break barriers and increase equity in the workplace.
