Effie Blankson is a multi-award-winning social justice advocate, entrepreneur and Chartered Manager with over 20 years of strategic leadership. She co-founded Basingstoke Unites Against Racism and created the Stop and Search Awareness and Advocacy Programme, recognised for educating young people and building trust with police. As Chair of Kikoi Connection, she leads cultural and civic milestones including Black History Month Basingstoke and the Community Achievers Awards. She champions women-led businesses and digital education in Ghana. Passionate about people achieving their potential while having fun, Effie inspires all to see themselves as changemakers.
