Dhruv is a Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), the trusted advisers known for practical solutions serving companies, investors and government entities. Dhruv leads the Deals and Transformation practice in the U.K., and co-sponsors A&M’s Inclusive Diversity Office in Europe.

Dhruv’s areas of focus are delivering EBITDA improvement from large-scale transformations, as well as mergers & acquisitions (M&A). He has been recognised as a “Top 25 M&A Consultant” by The Consulting Report for the past three years, and is a regular speaker on topics related to M&A and shareholder activism. Dhruv is on the Board of Trustees of Our Moon Education and a Founder’s Circle member of The British Asian Trust.
