The Novi Awards are one of the UK’s most important celebrations of female leadership.

They exist to recognise and celebrate women — and their allies — who are doing extraordinary things in business. Women who aren’t just succeeding, but changing industries, transforming organisations, and inspiring the next generation of leaders.

The Novi Awards are split into several categories, and winners are announced each year at a live ceremony and leadership summit held in London.

Now in their 16th year, the awards have honoured hundreds of remarkable women across industries — from bold entrepreneurs and innovative founders to transformational leaders reshaping the way business is done.

What are The Novi Awards?

The Novi Awards were founded by Griselda Togobo, a passionate advocate for women in leadership and the driving force behind one of the UK’s most exciting platforms for female talent.
Griselda created the awards because she believed — and still believes — that recognition has the power to change things. That when we celebrate women who are breaking barriers, we give permission to others to do the same.
The awards are run by the team at Novi, a community built around the idea that women in business deserve to be seen, celebrated and supported.

What do you get if you win a Novi Award?

Winners of a Novi Award receive:

  1. A trophy — a symbol of their achievement and impact
  2. Public recognition — celebrated on stage in front of hundreds of peers, leaders and industry figures
  3. A powerful platform — media coverage, social amplification and a lasting profile boost
  4. Access to a community — joining a growing network of Novi winners and alumni who continue to support each other long after the ceremony

A person who wins a Novi Award joins a community of extraordinary women who are collectively changing the face of business in the UK and beyond.

The awards ceremony takes place each November in London, bringing together visionary leaders, investors, founders and allies for a full day of inspiration, connection and celebration.

How do you win a Novi Award?

Anyone can nominate an exceptional woman — or women can enter themselves directly. You don’t need a nomination to enter.

Each year, entries are reviewed by a panel of experienced judges from across industries, who spend weeks assessing submissions before selecting finalists and ultimately, winners.

Judges look for women who have:

✦ Made a real, measurable impact in their field
✦ Shown courage, vision and leadership
✦ Inspired others through their journey
✦ Broken barriers — whether quietly or loudly

The process is rigorous, because the recognition means something. Being named a Novi finalist or winner is a mark of genuine excellence.
