STEM for Juniors
Driving Change Through Insight
Our research into women in STEM brought together the voices of more than 1,299 people to understand the experiences of women working across the sector and what employers could do to create more inclusive workplaces. The findings highlighted persistent challenges around representation, role models, pay, recruitment and access to development, alongside the significant skills shortage facing STEM. The research sparked important conversations with employers and leaders, bringing businesses together to explore practical ways to attract, develop and retain female talent. It demonstrated the power of listening to women, using evidence to challenge the status quo and turning insight into action — an approach that continues to shape our work today.
