This year marks our 16th Awards — a milestone that reflects not just longevity, but leadership with purpose.

Novi began as a small but determined community in Yorkshire.
Today, thanks to all of you in this room, we are a movement that has grown from local roots to national impact—and increasingly, beyond a collective force championing women who lead with courage, intention, and impact.

Our work goes far beyond tonight.

Every programme, award, and conversation is designed to accelerate progres:

• for women in leadership
• for young people through Novi Futures
• for organisations striving for more inclusive cultures
• and for communities who benefit when women rise.

This year’s theme, Power with Purpose, is a call to every leader in this room. It invites us to use our influence boldly and responsibly — not only to achieve success, but to create pathways for others. 

So today, I invite you not only to celebrate — but to act.
