Ruhina Kassam is a pharmacist and healthcare leader, serving as CEO of Clinical Pharmacist Solutions, an award-winning provider supporting over 300 GP practices and 3.2 million patients across England. Since joining the organisation, she has led significant growth, expanding services, strengthening governance and building a workforce of over 100 pharmacy professionals. Ruhina was recognised as one of The Pharmaceutical Journal’s Women to Watch 2024 and is passionate about developing future healthcare leaders. Alongside her executive role, she supports young professionals through mentoring, charity work and national leadership initiatives within the pharmacy profession.
