With more than 25 years’ experience in financial services, Sam has held senior leadership roles across customer experience, operations, fraud, risk, control and business transformation. Having joined Barclays through the Graduate Scheme in 1998, she has built extensive experience leading large-scale teams, delivering strategic change and improving outcomes for customers and colleagues.
