I am a Senior Manager, Technology at Publicis Sapient, with 18 years’ experience architecting and delivering large-scale digital platforms across financial services and healthcare. I currently lead delivery of BUPA’s B4B portal — a unified platform for brokers, groups and members to manage insurance and claims — alongside BUPA’s next-generation orchestration layer between CRM and OHI. Previously at Lloyds Banking Group, I led engineering across mortgages, current & savings account platforms, scaling teams from 40 to over 120 people across 7 geographies. I am a Women in Technology 100 award winner, I mentor women in engineering, and I authored “Building Giants,” a guide to building high-performing teams.
