A recognised voice on workforce reform, social value and equality within the built environment, Renee is driving change around early talent, female retention and inclusive site culture. Under her leadership, Gallaway has become a multi-award-winning contractor recognised for social impact, outreach and workforce development. Renee is also the driving force behind the National Site Standard (NSS), promoting safer, more inclusive and operationally stronger construction environments across the UK.
