Gee Kader is an award-winning International Education Consultant and founder of School Improvement Service Ltd. As headteacher of Rushey Mead Academy, she led the school to Outstanding Ofsted and placed it in the top 5% nationally for pupil progress, recognised by the Minister of State for Schools. As Executive Director across a multi-academy trust, she secured multiple Outstanding judgements and moved schools from Inadequate to thriving. A current Ofsted Inspector, she works with the DfE’s RISE team, received royal recognition at Buckingham Palace, mentors women and young Muslims through community work, and was a top-two finalist at the National Muslim Teachers’ Awards 2026.
