Victoria Nicholl is Head of Incubation Services at Imperial College London and a Fellow of Enterprise Educators UK. Over seven years as part of Imperial’s Enterprise Lab leadership team, she has helped shape a transformation of entrepreneurial education from fragmented, early-stage provision into a connected, inclusive ecosystem that develops founders from curiosity through to Series A. She co-founded the Network for Coaching and Mentoring Entrepreneurs and the Green Tech Legal Collaborative, which has delivered £9m+ in pro bono legal/IP support to climate-tech ventures since 2021. Ventures supported through her services have raised £250m+, and her models for inclusive entrepreneurial education have been adopted by institutions across the UK and internationally.
