About Veroniek Vermeulen

Veroniek Vermeulen is the Founder and CEO of Silatha, a workplace health and leadership company helping organisations create psychologically safe, inclusive environments where people can thrive. Trained as an engineer at Delft University of Technology and Brunel University, she began her career improving factory performance at Tetra Pak Singapore and contributing to Mercedes-Benz component design. She later held leadership roles at Mondelēz, leading innovation across a €2 billion European portfolio. Through Silatha, she helps organisations address psychological safety, inclusive leadership, unconscious bias and life-stage health. Veroniek is also an ICF-certified coach and one of Brainz Magazine’s 500 Global Influential Leaders.
