Anupama Hatti is Head of Programme Delivery at NHS Blood and Transplant, with over 22 years of experience across Telecom, Aerospace, Defence, Digital, and Healthcare. She has led major national transformation programmes, including the modernisation of the UK’s blood supply systems. A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Anupama co-chairs the Women’s Network, mentors emerging leaders, and actively champions women in STEM. She was named one of the IT Leaders 100 in 2025 and combines her professional leadership with a creative side—running an independent art venture, House of Hatti, and exhibiting her work across Bristol.
