Katie Humphrey is the founder of Curiously Divergent, a neurodivergent-led organisation creating practical, systemic change across education, employment, community and safeguarding. Drawing on lived experience of neurodivergence, workplace discrimination and parenting, Katie supports neurodivergent children, adults, families and professionals to access the understanding and adjustments they need. Her work includes training practitioners, supporting parents and young people, coaching neurodivergent entrepreneurs, and helping organisations embed neuroinclusive practice. Through Curiously Supported, the organisation’s VA and life admin service, Katie also creates accessible support and employment pathways for neurodivergent people. She is passionate about building systems where neurodivergent people are valued.
