About Kayisha Payne

Kayisha Payne is a Senior Associate in Alvarez & Marsal’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Consulting practice, specialising in operational transformation, carve-outs, integrations and value creation for private equity and corporate clients. Originally trained as a Chemical Engineer, she holds a Master’s in Advanced Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and began her career in manufacturing, project management and biopharmaceutical process development before transitioning into consulting. Alongside her client work, Kayisha is Founder and Chair of Industry2Consulting Employee Network at A&M and Founder of BBSTEM, a non-profit dedicated to increasing representation of Black British individuals within science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
