Lucy Cohen is a pioneering entrepreneur, champion for women in accountancy, and women’s health activist. At just 23 years old, Lucy founded Mazuma, the world’s first subscription-based accountancy firm – a radical innovation at the time. She disrupted the status quo of traditional accountancy as a young woman in an industry where female leadership is still rare. Lucy volunteers on the National Advisory Board for Barnardos in Wales, the Risk and Audit Committee for Young Enterprise, and the Advisory Board for Gower College Swansea. She has also sat on the Swansea Bay City Deal Economic Strategy Board since 2020.
