Selena holds a degree in Classical Civilisation from the University of Warwick and a Master’s in Business from Leeds University Business School. A Chartered Insurance Broker with the FCII qualification, she has 14 years of experience in financial services, including various roles at Marsh. For the past six years, she has served as Regional Sales Director. She is also Co-Chair of Balance, Marsh’s women’s network, where she champions equity and inclusion. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys playing tennis, padel and watching sport, bringing the same energy and focus to her hobbies as she does to her career.
