Sophie brings 12 years of experience as a sustainability practitioner. She is passionate about the potential that the technology sector has to drive change across industries, providing the ‘how’ roadmap in the transition to a low-carbon, sustainable future. Sophie oversees the successful delivery of IFS’s sustainability strategy, working with the Executive Leadership Team to scale at pace across its global operations. With a background in environmental law, she has worked across EMEA and the Americas in the technology and finance sectors. Sophie joined IFS in 2021, spearheading the development of IFS’s multi-year ESG Sustainability & ESG strategy.
