Isabella Rocha is a multi-award-winning AI Product Designer at IBM, entrepreneur and innovation leader. After leaving sixth form, she took an unconventional route into technology, progressing from an internship to a degree apprenticeship and building her career at IBM. Having won Novi’s Rising Star of the Year in 2024, Isabella returns as a panellist, bringing experience spanning AI innovation, entrepreneurship and inclusive leadership. She founded and sold a six-figure e-commerce business at 20, established IBM UK’s first Latino/Hispanic Business Resource Group, reaching over 34,000 IBMers globally, and was invited to 10 Downing Street to discuss the future of ethical AI.
