Julia Lehner is a Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Performance Improvement practice in Munich. Having joined A&M as an intern almost eight years ago, she has progressed to lead complex international transformation programmes and advise senior management teams through critical strategic and operational decisions. Her experience spans performance improvement, operating model design, workforce transformation and execution governance. Julia is recognised for combining analytical rigour with hands-on leadership, aligning diverse stakeholders and translating ambition into measurable action. She also co-leads A&M’s German internship programme, serves as a performance manager and mentors junior women across Europe.
